Who Is BearHead Interiors?

Well, I am. Who am I? I am Kelsey Parsell. I like to call myself a "researcher in child development and human relations" (or, as most people would say, a stay-at-home-mom). After graduating from high school in small town Mississippi, I moved to Atlanta to attend mortuary school. I then went on to get a BA in psychology. Not long after achieving my academic goals, I found myself happily married and expecting a baby girl.

In 2008 my husband and I (in addition to starting a family) started a business, BearHead Designs, Inc. My husband does custom iron work and wood work. He makes everything from the artistic to funtional, from decorative to practical. You can visit our website here.

Not long after one of our first iron work installations, we had a client ask if we could do any decorative painting. I with a love for art and all things creative, was happy to take on the job. From there I have grown my own division of BHD, BearHead Interiors.

Now I spend my time painting murals and other pretty things, faux finishing, trying to keep up my blog, snapping photos, and being CEO of the house. But usually you can find me happily playing on the floor with crayons, trains, teacups, and my little baby girl.

If you'd like more information on my work of would like to ask questions about a potential project you can contact me through BearHead Designs, Inc. Click here to be directed to our email. Thanks for stopping by!
